Inside every access tier
Five core modules
Each module addresses one aspect of feedback that commonly fails: structure, timing, language, handling reactions, and building follow-through. Approximately 45 minutes per module.
Scenario exercises
Every module contains at least two scenario exercises. You make decisions at key points in the conversation and see how different choices play out. No single correct answer is imposed.
Reference materials
Phrase guides, observation frameworks, and pre-conversation checklists are available as downloadable PDFs. Designed to be used in real preparation, not just studied in the course.
Reflection workbook
A structured PDF that accompanies the course. Each section connects the scenario work to a real situation in the learner's current management role.
Common questions about access
How long do I have access once I enroll?
Individual and team enrollments include lifetime access to all course materials as they exist at time of enrollment. If significant new scenarios or modules are added later, these may be available as a separate update.
Can I access the course on mobile?
The course platform is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets. The reflection workbook and reference PDFs can be downloaded and used on any device.
What happens after I submit the enrollment inquiry?
The team will respond within one to two business days with access details and next steps. For team and organization enrollments, there is a brief intake process to ensure the setup matches your needs.
Is this appropriate for new managers?
The program is designed for managers who are already having feedback conversations and finding them less effective than they would like. It assumes some management experience. New managers with very little experience of feedback conversations may find some scenarios move quickly.
